Payment & Fees

Tiny Toes Music

Tiny Toes Music is charged at £6.50 per weekly session, to be usually booked and paid for upfront as a block of 6 weeks, £39. There is no extra charge for siblings.

Childminders are required to pay for one ticket for the first child in their care plus a 50% additional cost for subsequent children.

If through personal circumstances you are unable to make a booking or payment upfront, please do not hesitate to contact Nicola privately to discuss PAYG options.

The York Wellbeing Choir

The York Wellbeing Choir practices are charged at £6 per weekly session, to be paid on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. If a participant does not attend a session, there is no fee. Payments are made on the day of the practice either by cash or contactless card machine.

Performances Costs

The Wellbeing Choir are given many opportunities to perform at different events in the local and wider community. Taking part in performances may sometimes incur costs to choir members to cover expenses. Choir members will be notified of this in advance.

Instrumental/Singing Tuition

Payments are made on receipt of an invoice via email. Invoices are given over a two-monthly period, except for the month of March. Payments are made online via Bacs.

Cancellations & Refunds

For Tiny Toes Music, if a participant does not attend a class that has been previously booked and paid for, regretfully a refund cannot be issued.

If a class is cancelled due to staff illness, the session will be rescheduled or ‘carried over’ in the first instance. If a re-schedule is not possible, a full refund will be issued. If a participant cannot attend a rescheduled class, regretfully a refund cannot be issued.

Instrumental/singing lessons that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for.

Where lessons are cancelled with 24 hours’ notice, an alternative day/time will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, there will be no charge for the lesson and either a full refund will be issued if the lesson has already been paid for, or it will be carried over to the next block of lessons.
