Payment & Fees
Tiny Toes Music
Tiny Toes Music is PAYG charged at £6.50 per weekly session to be paid for by either cash or contactless card machine. If a participant does not attend a session, there is no fee. There is no extra charge for siblings.
Childminders are required to pay for one ticket for the first child in their care plus a 50% additional cost for subsequent children.
The York Wellbeing Choir
The York Wellbeing Choir is PAYG charged at £6 per weekly session to be paid for by either cash or contactless card machine. If a participant does not attend a session, there is no fee.
Performance Costs - York Wellbeing Choir & The Leveson Centre Choirs
Performance opportunities for The Wellbeing Choir may sometimes incur costs to choir members to cover expenses. Choir members will be notified of this in advance.
The Leveson Centre Choirs & Chechelele
The Leveson Centre Choirs and Chechelele are funded by external organisations. The funding of Chechelele is managed by the treasurer and The Leveson Centre choirs are funded by the charity organisation York Against Cancer. Therefore, external T&C’s will apply in addition to the Privacy Policy and T&C’s of Nicola Betts Community Musician.
Instrumental/Singing Tuition
Payments are made on receipt of an invoice via email. Invoices are given over a two-monthly period, except for the month of March. Payments are made online via Bacs.
Cancellations & Refunds
Instrumental/singing lessons that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for.
Where lessons are cancelled with 24 hours’ notice, an alternative day/time will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, there will be no charge for the lesson and either a full refund will be issued if the lesson has already been paid for, or it will be carried over to the next block of lessons.
